Who is your favorite new-to-you author so far this year?

Well, that's hard to answer! I have a few:

• Rebecca Maizel, author of Infinite Days

• Melina Marchetta, author of Jellicoe Road

• Julia Hoban, author of Willow

• Maria V. Snyder author of the Poison Study.

I would read anything that any of those authors wrote, they are all so talented! Who's on your list?

Well, there's more than one answer to that!
1. Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins: It's just over a month away, and it couldn't come any sooner! Just thinking about it makes me excited! Plus: Who will win? Team Gale or Team Peeta?

2. Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare: Shadowhunters? 19th Century? A love triangle? CASSANDRA CLARE? HECK YEAH!

3. Last Sacrifice by Richelle Mead: The end of this epically awesome series, and one of my favorite love triangles ever. Considering that the books seem to steadily get better, this one is going to be AMAZING!

This weeks question: Tell us about some of your favorite authors and why they are your favorites!

Meg Cabot: I've read and loved every on of her YA books, and  I know that I can count on her to turn out books that are funny, swoon worthy, and have a kick butt heroine.

Sarah Dessen: Everything she touches turns to gold. I love all of her books, and they're all rereads for me. I can't get enough. I really don't know what else to say besides you can only know what I'm talking about if you've read her books.

John Green: All of his books are hilarious, extremely well written, and have an awesomely nerdy guy narrator (though the book he's working on now has a *gasp* GIRL narrator!). Plus, he and his brother do awesome vlogs three days a week here.

I have more, of course, but those are the first three off the top of my head.
